This uses the maximum reservation for each job. Your final usage-based charge can be lower; unused reserved credits return to your balance. Existing credits aren’t included.
Is this a subscription?
No. Each pack is a one-time purchase in US dollars. Buy more credits when you need them; there is no recurring plan charge.
How many credits does an article use?
An article reserves up to 40 credits, or 45 with an original cover image. A research session reserves up to 10 credits. The final charge depends on actual usage and never exceeds that reservation. Unused reserved credits return to your balance.
What happens if a generation fails?
Credits reserved for a failed job are returned automatically. If something looks wrong in your balance or billing history, contact [email protected] with the relevant job or purchase details.
Do I need a different plan for WordPress?
No. The downloadable WordPress connector, editing, exports, embeds and optional reading analytics are available without a separate Beulog feature plan. Your own website hosting remains separate.
Can I try the workspace before buying?
Yes. Create an account to explore the workspace. Accounts start with zero credits, so generating articles and research requires a credit purchase. You’ll need to verify your email before purchasing or generating.
What if I run out of credits?
New jobs need enough available credits for their reservation. Scheduled generation pauses when the balance is insufficient and explains why. Add credits and review your schedule to continue.
Can I use credits across multiple workspaces?
Yes. Your credit balance belongs to your account and can fund generation and research in your workspaces. Each workspace keeps its own brand settings and articles.
How do refunds work?
Contact [email protected] with your purchase details for a review. Refund eligibility depends on the purchase, credit usage and applicable law; a refund is not automatically promised. Approved refunds reverse the corresponding unused credits.
