The everyday version
Keep your account secure. Use content you have permission to use. Review AI-assisted work before publishing it. Credits pay for generation and research; publishing decisions remain yours.
1. Using Beulog
These Terms of Service apply to the Beulog website at beulog.com, its account workspace, content generation and research features, publishing services, downloads and related connections. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use Beulog for a business or another organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and comply with the laws that apply to you. Beulog is designed as a content and publishing tool. It does not provide legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.
2. Your account
Provide accurate account information, keep your email address current, and protect your password and publishing keys. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account and for the websites you connect to it. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account or a publishing key has been compromised.
Email verification is required before purchasing credits, generating content, creating publishing keys or enabling schedules. Accounts begin with zero credits. Creating an account does not include a free generation allowance.
Workspace settings, content and credit balances must only be accessed through authorised accounts and connections. Do not share credentials in public pages, embedded snippets or client-side website code.
3. Credits and billing
Beulog offers one-time credit packs. Current pack amounts and US dollar prices are shown on the pricing page and confirmed before payment. The final payment amount is displayed at checkout. A credit purchase is not a recurring subscription.
A generation job reserves a maximum credit amount before it starts. The final charge is based on usage and does not exceed that reservation. Unused reserved credits are returned on completion; failed jobs return their reserved credits. Current limits are up to 40 credits for an article, 45 for an article with a cover image, and 10 for a research session. Review the displayed limit before starting a job.
Credits are a service balance, have no cash value, and are not a bank deposit or transferable currency. The balance is shared across the workspaces in your account. A schedule can pause when there are insufficient available credits for its next job.
For a purchase problem or refund request, email [email protected] with your purchase reference. Eligibility is reviewed in light of the purchase, credits consumed and applicable law. Approved refunds reverse the corresponding unused credits. A disputed payment, or a refund involving credits already consumed, may result in a billing hold while the account is reviewed. Nothing in these terms removes a mandatory consumer right or remedy.
4. Your content
You retain the rights you hold in the material you submit to Beulog. You are responsible for having permission to use your prompts, brand materials, source material, images, website addresses and other inputs.
You give Beulog permission to store, process, reproduce and transmit your material as needed to provide the features you request, maintain the service, and follow your publishing instructions. This includes sending relevant material to service providers that perform research, generation, image creation, storage or delivery on our behalf.
As between you and Beulog, you may use the generated output made available to your account, subject to these terms, applicable law and third-party rights. AI output may not be unique and its eligibility for copyright protection can vary. Beulog does not promise exclusivity or that every output is eligible for intellectual-property protection.
Beulog’s name, visual identity, interface and service materials remain protected by their respective rights. WordPress and other third-party marks belong to their owners. Access to Beulog does not grant ownership of those marks or materials.
5. AI and editorial review
Research, written drafts and original images are AI-assisted. They can contain errors, omissions, outdated information, inaccurate citations or similarities to other material. Review source links, factual statements, quotations, image suitability and any consequential claims before use.
You are responsible for the content you publish and for any disclosures or permissions required in your circumstances. Editorial checks help surface issues but do not replace human review. Content that passes a check is not guaranteed to be accurate, lawful, original or appropriate for your readers.
Beulog does not guarantee search rankings, indexing, audience growth, revenue, publication results or the suitability of output for a particular purpose. Search metadata and structured content are publishing tools, not promises of a result.
6. Publishing and website connections
Draft content stays within authorised workspace access until you choose to publish or share it. Published content, public images and enabled embed addresses can be accessible to readers. Website allowlists and revocable addresses limit supported connections; they do not make published material confidential.
The WordPress connector imports articles marked published in Beulog and creates WordPress drafts by default. You can explicitly enable automatic publication in the connector. Your website, theme, plugins, hosting and scheduled tasks can affect import timing, formatting and availability.
Deleting or unpublishing content in Beulog does not remove copies already imported into WordPress, exported, downloaded, cached or otherwise distributed. Manage those copies on the receiving website. You remain responsible for your site’s publication settings, privacy disclosures and use of optional analytics.
You can pause schedules, revoke publishing keys and disable embeds through the available controls. Revocation cannot recall content already downloaded or loaded in a reader’s browser.
7. Acceptable use
Use Beulog lawfully and respect the rights and safety of others. Do not use the service to:
- Create or distribute unlawful, exploitative, fraudulent, threatening or infringing material.
- Impersonate others deceptively, publish private information without authority, or misrepresent the source of your content.
- Upload malicious content, attempt unauthorised access, bypass access controls or interfere with service availability.
- Abuse automated requests, evade usage limits, manipulate credit balances or submit unauthorised payment information.
- Use another person’s account, website or publishing credentials without permission.
We may restrict activity that breaches these terms, threatens the service or requires investigation. Where appropriate, we may ask for information to assess a reported issue.
8. Privacy
The Privacy Policy describes the account, content, billing, connection and optional reader analytics information handled through Beulog. Optional reading analytics starts after reader consent and can be disabled. You are responsible for informing your own website visitors about the services you enable and meeting obligations that apply to your publication.
9. Availability and service changes
Features may change as Beulog develops. Maintenance, network conditions, external services and website configuration can interrupt generation, access or publishing. We do not promise continuous availability or a particular completion time.
Keep independent copies of material that is important to you using the available export tools. Review scheduled activity and publishing outcomes, especially after changing website settings or connections. Material changes to credit prices or limits will be reflected in the relevant purchase or generation flow before new activity is authorised.
10. Suspension and closing an account
You can stop using Beulog at any time. Before closing your account, export the content you want to keep, disable scheduled generation and disconnect receiving websites. Contact [email protected] from your account email to request closure and discuss any remaining balance or data request.
We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, investigate payment issues, comply with law or address a breach of these terms. The treatment of personal information after closure is described in the Privacy Policy. Closing an account does not erase content you have already published on other websites.
11. Responsibility and limits
Use the service and its output with the care appropriate to your publication. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beulog is provided on an “as available” basis without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or be error-free.
Beulog is not responsible for decisions you make based on unreviewed output, third-party websites and services, or content you publish outside the service, except where applicable law requires otherwise. You are responsible for your use of the service and any breach of these terms.
No exclusion or limitation in these terms applies where it would be unlawful. Mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot be waived continue to apply.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect product, operational or legal changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email where appropriate. Review the updated terms before continuing to use affected features.
13. Contact
For questions about these terms, your account or a service issue, contact Beulog at [email protected]. Include enough detail for us to identify the issue, without sharing passwords, private keys or full card details.
